This Refund Policy applies to purchases of AutoRelay (the app “SMS Forwarding: AutoRelay”) Pro made through our checkout, operated by Sperar, a trade name of Oleg Polukeev (“Sperar”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Payments for AutoRelay are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as the Merchant of Record for your order. Refunds are issued through the Merchant of Record back to your original payment method.
If you are not satisfied with your AutoRelay Pro purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No reason is required.
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund — to request a refund, follow the steps above.
Refunds for automatic renewals are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we will work with you in good faith.
